The Chairman/CEO of Harmony Garden & Estate Development Limited, Saheed Mosadoluwa has insisted that he and Ms Sade Balogun are innocent of allegations of fraud and attempted murder levelled against them and urge the police to do thorough investigations on the matters.
Mosadoluwa spoke on the allegations of fraud, forgery, attempted murder and bodily harm accusations levelled against him by one Adeyinka Igbinoba, who he claimed was working with some people to assassinate his character as he claimed that frivolous reports were made against him and submitted to the office of the Lagos State Attorney General to prosecute him and Balogun.
He alleged in chat with the media that some people were protecting their own interest and that Adeyinka Igbinoba was working with some others, who he described as defamatory experts, to seek all avenue to implicate them, and urged the police to do what should be done on the matter.
Mosadoluwa alleged that Babatunde Gbadamosi, contracted Igbinoba, her siblings, Biodun Abdul and Okoror, and their mother, Olusola Abdul Beckley, to ensure that he and the ex-wife of Gbadamosi, Sade Balogun were sent to jail.
Mosadoluwa stressed that there were series of evidences to ascertain his claims and defence that a cartel was established to pull him, and Sade Balogun down, stating that they were law abiding members of the public that were ready to prove their innocence on the matter.
The estate developer stated that some people were everywhere obstructing the investigation of the case and dictating what should be the recommendation in the report to the IGP Monitoring Unit.
“I want to urge the Nigerian Police to do the necessary investigations on the matter and I am sure that we would be vindicated at the end of the day.
“There is not doubt that the police would do their job and at the end of the day the truth would be revealed over the matter.
“We are very sure that some people only want to get us punished, but we know that the laws are there to protect our rights and we believe so much in the Nigerian Police and the Nigerian judiciary to serve us justice,” he said.
Stressing that their personalities were defamed by the false allegation, Mosadoluwa, said that Igbinoba misled the media with a video she refused to present as evidence for fraud, forgery, attempted murder and accusations of causing bodily injuries.
On the Accusation of 30 Million fraud,
Mosadoluwa, explained that Abdul Abiodun of Keshab Properties and Olubunmi Okoror approached his office “to purchase a parcel of Land through one Kola Opeodu, an acquittance of him and that of Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi.
According to him, the transaction was concluded at 120 million naira, saying that Adeyinka Igbinoba and her sister deposited 30 million naira and pledged to pay the balance of 90 million Naira within 2 weeks before taking possession.
However, instead of perfecting their obligation in completing the payment, Mosadoluwa said Igbinoba called him to demand for refund; and also threatened him with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), claiming that their checks revealed that the Certificate of Occupancy giving to them was forged.
According to a statement by Mosadoluwa, “contrary to their claims, EFCC and The Nigeria Police wrote to the Land Bureau and the Lagos State Land Bureau confirmed that the C of O is genuine and that it was initially issued to one Chief Daramola of Agidi-Ogun, who sold 15 hectares of land F to Mosadoluwa through his company, Harmony Gardens.
He insisted that Adeyinka Igbinoba should play the video of the face off of Mosadoluwa shattering her leg, as boasted during Dr. Kemi Olunloyo’s Twitter Space, and alleged that Igbinoba and others were doing the bidding of some people to nail them.
